Bad experience right from the very beginning. Hindsight being 20/20 I'd never rent from this place again.I called regarding issues with a rental. It took a full 24 hours for someone to call me back. Lots of additional hidden charges. Poor customer service. Pathetic all the way around.If you're looking to rent a RV go somewhere else.
They cannot be trusted. Go to Canadream - they are waaaay better.We rented a trailer for 6 people. It came a little dirt and with some smell on the upper bads.When we returned the vehicle 12 days latter, they signed us off and said everything was OK, but several days latter they send an email saying that they needed to charge an extra 110 dollars for cleaning, just because now there's nothing we can do about it.

Worst experience ever. They actually do not provide full insurance. Unfortunately we had a weird accident and had to pay 3700 dollars on top of our 6000 dollars RV rental. I regret I chose them for our family vacation.
