I wish I can give this Spa a -100 star! They don't deserve any star at all! The people that work there are disgusting, non-apologetic after numerous mistakes were made! I would never ever ever recommend for anyone this place!
Aside from the reception staff being of great service...We went 4 girls for a birthday, the spas were dirty, the semi-working saunas had algae in them, all hot spas except for one of them (we didnt go check that one out though at that point)...Having known of these issues we wouldve went elsewhere...The reception refunded our spa access... we just wanted to leave but they wouldn't refund our friends booked massage, so we had to wait for her in the restaurant where it took them 25 mins to come to our table...
Loved my experience! Stayed one night at the Auberge, the room was very nicely decorated and comfortable. A continental breakfast was included (croissants, bread, cheese, hard boiled egg, fruits, etc). The outdoor spa was lovely, plenty of chairs and a great sequence of hot/cold pools and saunas. The space is huge so it didn't feel crowded even though there were quite a few people. Had a decent lunch at the bistro as well. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.
Cute little spa on a private island. The restaurants on site are fantastic! We spent the day there at the spa and had lunch at the bistro. Haven't stayed at the Auberge yet, but we had a peek at the rooms and they are super cute! Will definitely go back soon! Plenty of cosy resting spots, 4 saunas and a HUGE swimming pool with little hot tubs scattered around. Beautiful.
would not go, we where booking our honeymoon and wanted to stay one night in their most expensive room with a massage for both of us. priced it out on the web site as advertised at $394 + tax= $453.10 sure not a problem go to call all the sudden same service is $582.55 sorry but i refuse to pay a $129.45 tourism or gratuity tax you wont have our or anyone we knows business, which is a shame because we need to make several trips into Montreal a year starting next year and this was going to be a regular guess ill wait for the other spa to finish its renos and take my business there
