Stopped here today to fix my Mom's laptop charger cord (the "female connector jack" I needed cost under $3). Much better than spending $60 @ best buy, and much better than waiting 1-2 months ordering online from China. Staff was welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable, and prices were more than fair.

Service is horrible. I wanted to buy a home theatre, sales person was useless, had no idea what was going on. When I asked to purchase the product he said that i had to come back when the manager was there...? No sure why...30 mins...no thanks. Btw if you dont speak french....good luck, no one speaks English...
