Customer Service should be a priority everywhere you go. But these days, even some managers don't care. Today's experience was awful, a young cashier who couldn't care less about her job, scanning our products and throwing them on the floor. Another young employee that couldn't care less on finding covers for our product. I'm new in the area and won't go back.

This is a very small store. The store mamanger is rude. I went In to reddem the warranty on a battery. The manager argued with me about the warranty for my battery. After it was settled I I received a free replacement battery. The mamanger never apologized for the misunderstanding. He just walked off and allowed his staff to finish the process. Not very professional.
That's the best Canadian tire where to go shopping there is a lots of good products there, thay give the best service, I'm going there to shop a lot , I like the supply what I can find there I would suggest everyone to go there and enjoy your service because they are giving the best service, I have had with them good experience
No service unless u talk in french was told to come back when i can speak to them in their language. I speak perfect french to polite people
